Traveller's Notes

Before you book.

3–5 days works well. 3 is enough for one Nainital day and one safari; 5 leaves room for a second safari or a Bhimtal stop.

No β€” permits are limited per zone and booked directly with the forest department, separate from the vehicle fare. We help you time the drive so you don't miss your slot.

Most zones are open mid-November to mid-June and close for the monsoon. We'll flag this if your dates fall in the closed window.

Yes β€” it's a starting plan. Add a Bhimtal night, a second safari, or drop a day, and we'll re-quote the per-day rate.
